Walking Tour of the Jewelry District with Valerie Blum

Two Dates available:

Thursdays: October 19th and November 2nd

47th Street is one of the world’s most vibrant jewelry communities – and an incredible resource for aspiring jewelers. Hidden away in malls and workshops are some of the world’s best platers, casting houses and refiners – even that guy who can fix anything. But where are they – and who are they – in the district’s labyrinth of booths, barkers and hawkers? On this walking tour, you’ll find out – and meet some of our favorite vendors for a rare, behind-the-scenes look at their businesses. Join us for an insider’s view of a fascinating neighborhood, and you’ll never ask where to go on 47th Street again!
